Kenneth LeBlanc.
Retired. Ready. Committed to District 2.
Kenneth LeBlanc is stepping forward to represent Enterprise’s District 2 because this is his home—and he's running to ensure every neighborhood, family, and resident is heard and served.
As the Founder & CEO of The LeBlanc Foundation, Kenneth has spent over 20 years uplifting families and strengthening community bonds in Enterprise:
-
Leading tech workshops and mentoring at local community centers
-
Building neighborhood outreach teams to connect residents with city services
-
Coordinating emergency response efforts during hurricanes across the Wiregrass Region
-
Hosting public forums and disaster-preparedness events to empower and prepare citizens
He’s also led soccer leagues, STEM programs, and leadership development initiatives—because when our youth succeed, our entire community does too.
A Leader Beyond the Foundation
Kenneth serves on Alabama’s Governor’s Commission on Physical Fitness & Sports, championing statewide wellness in programs like Get Moving Alabama. He also sits on the U.S. Army Space & Missile Command SUCCEED Board, creating new cyber and IT opportunities for students through the University of Alabama.
Ready to Serve District 2—Full-Time
Now retired and fully available, Kenneth is not juggling jobs or behind closed doors. His leadership is defined by:
-
Listening—your voice matters
-
Showing up—every district event and meeting
-
Delivering—turning feedback into action
“I’m not just running for office—I’m stepping up to represent people who deserve to be heard.”
